Bag & Shoe started with a simple observation: the men and women who dress best in Britain don't wear much. A good coat, a well-made bag, a pair of shoes that go with everything. They buy fewer things and wear them harder.

We set out to make that kind of wardrobe easy to build. Leather low-tops that look right with tailoring and with denim. Bags that go from the office to the weekend without changing hands. Pieces in the colours that have always worked — tan, oxblood, navy, black — and nothing that will look tired by next season.

How we work

We're a small, UK-based team. We design and select every piece ourselves, work directly with our manufacturing partners, and keep the range deliberately short. That means we can offer proper leather goods at a price that doesn't need explaining.

Every order ships with free UK delivery, and if the fit isn't right, exchanges are free too. Sizing is true to your usual shoe size — we've checked.
