Where we deliver We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs UK delivery is [DELIVERY COST]. Delivery is free on orders over [FREE DELIVERY THRESHOLD]. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times Orders are processed within 2 working days

Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Most UK orders then arrive within 2–14 working days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, high demand, bad weather or courier delays can add a few days. If that happens, we'll keep you updated.

Multiple parcels Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Each will have its own tracking link.

Address errors Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@thesurvived.co.uk straight away. We can only change the address before your order is dispatched.

Missing or late orders If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email info@thesurvived.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll put it right at no cost to you.
